Mantis
Mantis is an exceptional martial artist who wears an augmentation harness on her wrists which gives her incredible striking power.
Unable to raise her, her mother left her outside a dojo in Chinatown, New York. There she was raised by a variety of martial artists and monks.

Interesting character! Martial artists are among the most interesting characters, imho. Is she an ally or a foe of the Legion?
She is a left over from the very first super team I created. They were called Unit Black and were looking to find out who killed their leader. Then I read Watchmen and found my idea wasn't all that original so I moved on, but those characters are still done and waiting.
